RESIDENT & RENTER RESOURCES
We have many neighborhood renters who are frequently left out of the loop of City of Spokane programs and information. This website is an attempt to provide information to all residents, not just homeowners and landlords. We are a very diverse neighborhood in Spokane, with residential areas of high income and areas of low income. Utility bills often have information important to renters but they never get to see these inserts as the notice goes to the landlord. You can see most of the inserts here Utility Bill Insert Current & Archived. We need volunteers for these programs.
