CANNON SUBURB STREET CAR HISTORIC DISTRICT

Many volunteers went door knocking, during the Pandemic, to spread the word on a vote to save the oldest, most intact portion of the Cliff Cannon Neighborhood.

This was a successful campaign that created the largest local district [about 500 properties] in Washington State.

Properties within the district are eligible for property tax incentives.
